The ROMScanner was the only NBTV project that I had time to fit into the first edition of the Image Communication Handbook. Chris Lewis of the Narrow-bandwidth Television Association published an excellent page on the club website that detailed how to use Adobe Photoshop^TM to prepare ROMScanner image files. He needed to remove the page to free up space on the server and asked if I would be interested in hosting the material here. There are two fundamental options available for construction of an NBTV image generator - the ICH ROMScanner and the latest EPROM picture generator from Grant Dixon.
